Chevrolet, Buick, GMC & Cadillac
As Creative Director on the GM BAU business at RAPP, I lead creative across four brands—Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac—guiding high‑volume, fast‑turn work from brief through deployment. I set the creative direction, shape how work flows through the system, and lead a multidisciplinary team of brand leads, writers, designers, and partners across onshore, nearshore, and offshore.
I’m both a leader and a doer: hands‑on from the earliest moments of brief clarification through reviewing craft, pushing ideas, and ensuring every round meets our bar. I play a central role in defining workflow—classifying projects, aligning scope to timelines, and building clarity in an environment where speed matters. Every piece of creative that leaves my team is reviewed against brand standards for precision, clarity, and consistency.
My first responsibility is my team. I mentor and develop creative leaders, balance high standards with empathy, and create the conditions for strong work to happen every day. I believe my legacy isn’t a single campaign—it’s the talent I grow and the culture I help build.
I stay deeply engaged with clients and account partners, communicating clearly, proactively, and honestly. I’m solutions‑oriented, collaborative, and focused on demonstrating how creative thinking drives business outcomes. I also remain an active creator, producing work alongside my team to stay grounded in the craft and connected to the realities of execution.
Across dozens of simultaneous projects each week, I bring structure to complexity—turning chaos into clarity, concepts into campaigns, and direction into inspiration. I lead with empathy, push the work beyond expectation, and keep teams motivated, aligned, and proud of what we deliver.
